As a Senior Lecturer in Media Studies & Journalism (MSJ) at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) from October 2009 to January 2012, Razibul Hossain was instrumental in shaping the department’s direction. He contributed to MSJ's strategy and curriculum development, establishing concentrations in Digital Filmmaking, TV Production, Business Journalism, and Public Relations.

Razibul taught a diverse range of courses, including Approaches to Film Study, Advanced TV Production, Documentary Production, Consumer Culture, and Photojournalism, which enriched students’ practical and theoretical understanding of media. As an advisor, he guided the ULAB Photography Apprenticeship Program, Film Apprenticeship Program, and MSJ Film Projects, supporting students in creating extensive portfolios and media projects.

European Union Development Cooperation in Bangladesh: As a consultant for the "Visibility & Communication for the European Union Development Cooperation in Bangladesh" project, Razibul contributed to the design, development, and production of communication materials.
